and environment - The final decision
on which route is the most appropriate for your trip is made by your captain
and guide. We do not usually cancel a trip because of light rain, drizzle
or chance of showers. In fact, most people want to go because these conditions
often result in some of the best trips and wildlife sightings. If the
weather is severe and we cancel but you are unable to reschedule, you
receive a full refund. Surprisingly enough, we are able to operate trips
on the vast majority of most days during the season. We operate in the
back waters of these barrier islands. We limit the number of participants
per tour. For this reason, it is necessary for us to incorporate the following
cancellation policy. |

- You will be
charged if you fail to give us a 48-hour cancellation notice or if
you do not show up in time for your scheduled tour(s).

payment will not be refundable if you fail to give us at least a 48-hour
cancellation notice or if you do not show up in time for any reason
for your scheduled tour(s).

- If you
try to change reservation dates and/or times within 48 hours of the
scheduled tour, these are considered cancellations and are subject to
our cancellation policy.

- Reservation
dates/times may be changed without any charge by calling at least 48
hours prior to your original scheduled time.
|
- Cancellations
will be refunded or credited only if we cancel the tour due to the
weather/water conditions or other reasons.

- A 7-day cancellation

the scheduled tour day, your payment will not be refundable.
